 TERMS All prices are F.O.B. our Orange, CA. plant, 30 days upon approved credit. Submit your bank plus three trade references. We need complete addresses, please. We suggest credit card until credit is established. CREDIT CARDS For the convenience of our customers, we accept MASTERCARD, VISA, and DISCOVER cards. Please inform the order desk, when placing your order, that you would like to use a credit card and be prepared with the card number and date of expiration. TELEPHONE, FAX & MAIL ORDERS All orders are shipped the same day, if received by 1:00pm. Our order desk is open from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday - except holidays, PST time. FAX: 800-952-9862 (available 24 hrs). United Parcel Service C.O.D. fee in effect at time of shipment will be charged. The current fee is $12.00 per package. This cost can be avoided by using a credit card. The maximum amount that Danshuz will ship on a C.O.D. order is $500.00. MINIMUM ORDER A handling charge of $4.00 will be added on small orders of less than $40.00 wholesale cost. RETURNED CHECKS A $25.00 service charge will be added for any check returned by your bank. Returned checks must be replaced with a cashiers check or money order for the amount of the original check plus the $25.00 service fee. RETURNS No merchandise may be returned unless defective in workmanship or materials (30 day maximum). No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. |
